Senior Brand & Celebrity Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential lifestyle brand in their search for a Senior Brand & Celebrity Marketing Manager. This is a strategic role focused on building brand preference and awareness through high-level creator and brand partnerships on an international scale.

You will operate at the strategic level rather than tactical campaign execution, making decisions based on data-driven performance measurement. This position requires someone who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships, negotiate top-tier partnerships, and drive measurable impact on brand perception and awareness metrics.

The role is hybrid-based in Mannheim with regular on-site presence required for key meetings. Occasional travel for creator events and partner meetings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that measurably increase brand preference and unaided brand awareness
• Identify, negotiate, and manage international creator and brand partnerships at the highest level, from contract development through ongoing relationship management
• Lead strategic campaigns and projects from conception through success measurement, ensuring alignment with overarching brand objectives
• Monitor search trend signals as indicators of brand relevance and derive actionable insights
• Ensure partnerships strategically reinforce core brand attributes including emotional connection
• Build transparent measurement frameworks to evaluate partnerships against KPIs including brand preference, awareness, and search trends
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and international partners, maintaining strong presence in challenging negotiation situations

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management
• Several years of experience in brand marketing, creator marketing, or comparable areas with strategic focus
• Proven expertise in international-level negotiations and contract development
• Strong campaign and project management skills with ability to steer complex initiatives strategically from start to finish
• Data-driven decision-making approach with solid analytical capabilities
• Confident presence and persuasive communication skills when engaging with experienced international partners
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and partnerships
• Resilience and ability to maintain clarity under uncertainty and in dynamic situations
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at international top-level
• Cross-cultural competence with ability to communicate sensitively across cultural boundaries
• Stakeholder leadership skills, able to guide internal stakeholders through complex decision processes without direct authority
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
