About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded Series B technology company transforming how leading consumer brands manage resale and circularity at scale. Our client operates a comprehensive retail platform serving enterprise customers in the rapidly growing secondhand commerce space.

They are seeking a Head of Product to own product strategy, drive prioritization across a complex multi-sided platform, and build a high-performing product organization. This is a remote role open across the continental United States, with hybrid options available in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and translate company objectives into a clear, multi-quarter roadmap across the full platform stack
• Drive scalable product development across consumer shopping experiences, marketplace features, supply management, point-of-sale systems, brand tooling, warehouse visibility, customer support, and analytics
• Serve as the single owner of product prioritization, making hard trade-off decisions that keep strategy focused on business outcomes including GMV, supply, demand, and margin
• Define boundaries between standard platform capabilities and custom enterprise requirements to maintain product coherence
• Actively explore and implement AI and agentic capabilities, rethinking traditional product approaches where automation creates meaningful leverage
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to align strategy, sequencing, and execution
• Lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Operations teams to ensure successful launches
• Build product operating systems including roadmap frameworks, prioritization models, and planning processes that improve speed and clarity
• Strengthen product communication across the organization, ensuring visibility into what's being built, why it matters, and what's changing
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing product team while partnering closely with Design

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a Head of Product or equivalent role with direct ownership of product strategy and team leadership
• Strong commercial acumen with an intuitive understanding of what drives GMV, supply, demand, and the ability to prioritize toward measurable business outcomes
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environments
• Experience building product operating systems and frameworks that create organizational clarity and speed
• AI-native product thinking with hands-on understanding of how to integrate AI capabilities into product ecosystems
• Sharp product judgment and prioritization instincts; comfortable saying "no" or "not yet" while maintaining stakeholder trust
• Experience building configurable, enterprise-facing platforms with meaningful technical depth and complexity
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Go-to-Market teams
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of adapting messaging for executive and technical audiences
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; our client is unable to sponsor visas at this time

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $250,000–$300,000 USD base salary. The client also offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package including employee and dependent healthcare and 401(k) enrollment. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location within the continental United States.
