Product Manager

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead complex product initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a complex product area by defining success metrics, prioritizing problems, and identifying optimal strategies within the broader organizational context
• Adapt strategies based on learnings and changing business needs while maintaining focus on the most significant opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to develop product vision and roadmap
• Drive progress against goals and milestones while resolving challenges, improving team health, and elevating team effectiveness
• Identify opportunities and resolve dependencies by creating shared strategies across adjacent product teams
• Gather and analyze user research and market data to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization
• Communicate product strategy and progress with clarity to all stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and coaching to support the growth of other Product Managers and cross-functional team members

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; STEM subjects ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams across a full product line, including crafting product mission and strategy, defining requirements, and coordinating resources
• Track record managing products through the full product lifecycle
• Proven ability to drive step-change improvements in product performance and team effectiveness
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing large-scale, complex data sets and making data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to integrate diverse requirements from a broad user base into a coherent product strategy
• Experience leading and motivating teams and influencing across organizations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex messages
• Experience identifying and hiring talent to build cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact such as efficiency gains and quality improvements
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews
• Ongoing AI skill development including prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration
