About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential real estate technology organization in their search for a Scrum Master to join their growing team. Our client is an established software company serving the real estate industry across the United States and Canada, supporting hundreds of thousands of users nationwide.
This is a remote position available to candidates located in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile and scrum practices across sprint teams, ensuring successful completion of each sprint cycle
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices
- Work closely with product owners and leadership to facilitate productive conversations within and outside sprint teams
- Remove impediments and blockers that prevent teams from achieving their sprint goals
- Track and communicate sprint metrics, team velocity, and progress toward objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across development teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading agile development teams
- Deep passion for technology and agile practices
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and help teams reach consensus
- Experience working with product owners to translate business needs into actionable sprint work
- Track record of driving team accountability and successful sprint delivery
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in real estate technology or SaaS environments is a plus
