About This Opportunity

We are representing a global technology consultancy with operations across EMEA, seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team in London. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys operating at both strategic and operational levels.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders across the UK, Portugal, and Brazil, playing a key role in translating business priorities into people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organizational culture, and deliver measurable business outcomes. With a strong understanding of working across different cultures and markets, you'll help navigate transformation and change while influencing leadership decisions and shaping organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across EMEA, providing insight and challenge on people, organizational structure, performance, and workforce matters
• Develop and deliver People & Culture initiatives that directly support business objectives and deliver measurable impact
• Lead and contribute to organizational transformation and change initiatives across the region
• Own and support end-to-end workforce planning, headcount management, succession planning, and talent development pipelines
• Drive performance management cycles, including calibration and development planning
• Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, turning insights into clear recommendations for leaders
• Provide hands-on coaching to leaders on effective people management, feedback, performance, conflict resolution, and leadership development
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture teams to ensure aligned, consistent, and responsive HR programs

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or strategic HR role, ideally within an organization experiencing significant growth, transformation, or change
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Hands-on approach with the ability to move confidently between strategic thinking and operational delivery
• Strong experience across performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational culture
• Excellent commercial and strategic thinking, with ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people solutions
• Experience working across different countries, cultures, and organizational contexts within EMEA
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data, HR metrics, and reporting to inform decisions
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and confidently challenge and coach senior leaders
• Proven ability to operate effectively through ambiguity, change, and evolving organizational priorities

Preferred additional experience:

• Background in technology, startup, or high-growth environments
• Experience leading organizational transformation or change management initiatives across multiple regions
• Knowledge of Portuguese language
