Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential cleantech organization seeking a working student for heat pump project coordination in Berlin with remote flexibility.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support in the operational day-to-day coordination of projects, ensuring reliable planning processes across multiple installations. You will manage capacity and scheduling by coordinating construction site appointments with regional locations, maintaining calendar oversight and optimizing workflows based on on-site requirements.
As a central point of contact, you will coordinate between internal teams, field locations, and external heat pump installation partners, participating in construction site discussions and serving as a key liaison. You will maintain project data and appointment status with precision in internal systems, ensuring high data quality standards throughout all project phases.
What We're Looking For
You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a comparable field. You bring a strong can-do mentality, enjoy operational work, and support the team flexibly wherever needed without compromising your quality standards.
Your organizational skills are exceptional—you work in a structured, independent, and precise manner, maintaining overview even when managing parallel tasks. You are available for a minimum of 3 months, ideally 6 months, including consideration for mandatory internship requirements.
You have an interest in the cleantech sector or are exploring career development opportunities in sustainable energy. German language proficiency is required for this role given the coordination with German-speaking teams and partners.
