Werkstudent:in Sales & Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support sales and operations coordination. From day one, you will take ownership of customer contact and internal process management:

• Conduct initial contact with potential customers, pre-qualify inquiries, and filter relevant leads for the sales team
• Proactively manage appointment scheduling for customer consultations, digital advisory sessions, and on-site assessments, including independent rescheduling when needed
• Persistently yet professionally follow up with customers to obtain missing documentation and technical photos (electrical panels, roofs, heating installations) within required timeframes
• Ensure complete handover of customer information and technical details from sales to installation teams, maintaining process efficiency between departments

• Student status: Currently enrolled at a university (your field of study is secondary to your motivation)
• Preferred: Passion for climate protection and the energy transition; prior exposure to heat pumps, solar systems, or energy management is helpful but not required
