Care Expert – France 🇫🇷

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization seeking a Care Expert to join their member support team in France. In this role, you will:

• Transform member requests into exceptional experiences by providing meaningful solutions, swift responses, and crystal-clear guidance
• Serve as a trusted guide for members navigating the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance programs
• Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to delivering outstanding member support across email, chat, and phone channels
• Lead innovative Care projects (20% of your time) tailored to your unique expertise and passions
• Drive process excellence by identifying key improvements and transforming data insights into actionable solutions
• Guide and inspire team members while building high-performing project teams
• Design member empowerment initiatives, optimize team structures, and collaborate on cross-functional product innovations
• Support talent acquisition efforts to help grow the Care team
