Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
- Engage with senior decision-makers including HR Directors, Finance Directors, and C-level executives across diverse industries
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product evolution and sales methodology improvements
- Contribute to growth initiatives and continuous innovation within the commercial organization
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle sales experience
- Fluent French (C2 level or higher) and advanced English proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, methodical approach
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex deals
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Excellent collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
