Data & Agentic AI Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing consulting firm in Berlin that helps enterprise clients implement and scale GenAI and data initiatives. Our client works closely with customers to solve real operational problems in production environments, building technical solutions that automate genuine business processes rather than proof-of-concept demonstrations.

As a Data & Agentic AI Specialist, you will build the technical backbone behind enterprise data and AI initiatives, developing pipelines, integrations, and data infrastructure that run in actual production environments. You will also design and build multi-agent and LLM-based systems that integrate into existing enterprise systems and automate real business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and operate data pipelines, integrations, and data infrastructure in production enterprise environments—the foundation for reporting, automation, and GenAI use cases
• Design and implement multi-agent and LLM-based systems that integrate into existing client systems and data infrastructure
• Understand how client businesses actually operate and develop automatable, AI-native solutions based on that understanding
• Integrate heterogeneous systems, including building APIs and connectors to link data pipelines with agent-based AI workflows
• Take end-to-end responsibility for solutions, from data architecture and agent design through to client-side implementation

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing, building, and operating data pipelines in production enterprise environments
• Experience designing and building agent-based AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and LLM-based workflows, in production settings
• Hands-on experience integrating heterogeneous systems, including building APIs and connectors
• Solid knowledge of network and security fundamentals in the context of data infrastructure
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into automatable, AI-native solutions
• Practical experience with modern agent frameworks and their integration into real enterprise systems and data
• Willingness to take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from architecture through to client-side implementation
• A demonstrable track record in this type of work, ideally on real business-critical projects rather than internal or academic ones, is a significant plus
• German and English language skills preferred for this Berlin-based role

Pay
