This is a Project Manager role based in Münster, Germany, offering the chance to lead multidisciplinary teams on technically demanding assignments.

You will take technical and organizational leadership of building services projects from concept through completion, working with sophisticated clients in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead building services engineering projects through all planning phases (HOAI phases 1–8)
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and budget performance
• Direct interdisciplinary planning teams including HVAC, plumbing, sanitary systems, and building automation where applicable
• Coordinate with building owners, facility users, project managers, and architects
• Develop solutions addressing redundancy concepts, hygiene requirements, operational safety, and sustainability targets
• Ensure compliance with technical regulations and standards for specialized building types

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Completed degree in building services engineering, energy and building technology, or comparable field
• Several years of proven experience leading building services projects
• Confident handling of complex technical systems, demanding client structures, and budget/schedule control
• Clear, structured communication style
• Strong decision-making capability and accountability
• Solution-oriented approach under pressure

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), preferably using Autodesk Revit (coordination level, not modeling focus)
• Understanding of digital planning workflows
• Interest in digital tools and AI applications
• Knowledge of relevant technical standards (hygiene codes, special building regulations)
