About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure company based in Lüneburg, Germany. Our client is seeking a student assistant or mini-job employee to support their customer service and back-office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking part-time work to gain experience in a modern, digitally-focused environment.

The position is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of extension based on successful collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage document filing, archiving, and maintenance of customer records
• Enter, maintain, and update data in company systems with accuracy
• Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team with organizational tasks
• Occasionally drive company vehicles to postal facilities (Class B driver's license required)
