In this role, you will manage demand planning, inventory control, and procurement coordination for retail furniture, inserts, displays, and spare parts. Working closely with visual merchandising, retail marketing, category management, retail partners, and external vendors, you will ensure consistent, timely, and budget-compliant implementation of approved concepts and planograms across all points of sale.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate external agencies, service providers, and suppliers for production, installation, and maintenance of retail furniture and displays
  • Manage inventory and demand planning to ensure availability of furniture, inserts, display components, and replacement parts
  • Coordinate procurement of merchandising services, retail furniture, and associated components
  • Plan and coordinate store openings, re-openings, closures, and seasonal point-of-sale updates
  • Implement approved planograms and merchandising concepts in collaboration with retail marketing and category management
  • Manage large-scale rollouts from quantity planning and ordering through delivery and installation
  • Oversee operational communication with retail partners regarding installations, exchange measures, and merchandising requirements
  • Coordinate production and implementation of new retail furniture and fixtures based on approved concepts and specifications
  • Manage updates, repairs, and replacement of existing retail furniture while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Track project timelines, budgets, order quantities, and delivery status to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure consistent and precise brand implementation across all retail locations

What We're Looking For

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally related to retail, retail management, project management, or comparable field
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in retail merchandising, point-of-sale management, retail operations, or comparable coordinating role
  • Experience coordinating operational retail projects such as rollouts, store openings, point-of-sale updates, or implementation of retail furniture and displays
  • Structured and organized work style with ability to reliably track timings, quantities, budgets, and deliverables across multiple parallel projects
  • Ideally, experience managing external suppliers, agencies, or service providers and coordinating orders, production, deliveries, or installations
  • Comfortable working with numbers, inventory, and demand planning; able to translate operational requirements into concrete quantities and next steps
  • Understanding of basic planogram and point-of-sale merchandising principles with ability to reliably execute approved concepts and specifications
  • Proactive and solution-oriented communicator capable of coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach with willingness to take responsibility and find pragmatic solutions to short-notice changes or operational challenges
  • Fluent communication in German and English; comfortable in international, cross-functional work environment
