Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new clients, analyze target markets, and qualify promising leads to support the sales pipeline
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to maintain strategic positioning in the advertising technology sector
• Support sales team initiatives and participate in cross-functional business development projects
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure team efficiency and accurate tracking of opportunities
• Contribute creative ideas to enrich and advance business development initiatives
• Structure qualification processes to establish strong foundations for successful sales conversations

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in cold outreach and lead generation
• Background working with advertising or retail industry clients (preferred)
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to conduct thorough, structured market investigations
• High self-motivation and goal orientation with a competitive spirit to meet and exceed targets
• Resilience and persistence when facing setbacks or rejections, maintaining focus on objectives
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive approach to taking responsibility, commitment to excellence, and innovative thinking
• Team-oriented mindset with appreciation for collaborative work environments
