Brand Manager DACH (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential beauty brand organization seeking a Brand Manager for the DACH market in Berlin. Our client is an international beauty company focused on high-quality products for salons and retail partners worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy, drive product launches, and execute 360° marketing campaigns in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and identity for multiple beauty brands in the DACH region
• Collaborate with product teams to create innovative concepts and collections based on market trends
• Plan, manage, and execute go-to-market plans and 360° marketing campaigns for product launches across all channels
• Oversee project management for campaigns and launches, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure consistent communication across internal and external channels, working closely with social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and PR teams
• Develop and manage point-of-sale and retail activation concepts, coordinating with visual merchandising teams
• Manage external agencies and freelancers from briefing through execution, ensuring quality, timing, and budget adherence
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, e-commerce, retail marketing, performance marketing, and international stakeholders
• Analyze brand, campaign, and business KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through metrics to drive actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• Degree or professional training in marketing, PR, or communications
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position with a focus on the beauty industry
• Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches, with strong project management skills
• Previous contact with distributors or experience in brick-and-mortar retail is advantageous
• Creative and curious mindset with a passion for developing and implementing innovative ideas
• Strategic thinking with clear focus on brand mission and target audiences
• Strong instinct for design, copywriting, and visual communication
• Fluency in both German and English
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to take ownership of projects
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin with flexible home office arrangements
