Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure SaaS organization seeking a Strategic Account Executive for their London office. In this role, you will:
- Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process
- Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
- Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business needs and technical challenges
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
- Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
- Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution
- Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
- Travel regularly to client sites within your area and other regions using various modes of transportation
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates with:
- 5+ years of closing experience with a mix of field selling within mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of £1M+ with an average deal size of £100k+
- Demonstrated methodology to prospect and build pipeline independently
- Experience working for an innovative tech company, with SaaS or IT infrastructure background preferred
- Experience selling into large Fortune 1000 companies with the ability to win new logos
- Strong understanding of cloud environment migrations and operations at scale
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites as business needs require
