Senior Project Manager

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential industrial technology organization in their search for a Senior Project Manager to lead transformational AI implementation projects. This is a remote position working with global enterprise clients to deliver complex digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

As project manager, you'll own the full delivery lifecycle—from contract signing through deployment and value realization—partnering with cross-functional technical teams and customer stakeholders to execute high-impact industrial digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realization
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance
• Collaborate with solution architects, software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and customer success to deliver high-quality solutions
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate value realization workshops to demonstrate business impact
• Manage project financials including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cost management, and reporting
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, lead steering committees, and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes while ensuring appropriate governance and transparency
• Support customer adoption through change management, enablement, and training while recognizing opportunities to expand customer value
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices by applying PMO methodologies, playbooks, and lessons learned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects
• Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability
• Experience within one or more industrial sectors including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage across technical teams, customers, and executive stakeholders
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology (OT) environments
• AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics implementation projects
