About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential security services organization in Berlin that is seeking a working student to support HR, recruiting, and workforce scheduling operations. This role offers students from semester 3 onwards the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personnel management while balancing academic studies. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting recruitment processes, employee deployment planning, and day-to-day people operations in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce scheduling and deployment planning for operational staff
• Assist with filling open shifts and assignment locations
• Support the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through interviews
• Communicate with applicants and coordinate interview scheduling
• Assist with interview preparation and execution
• Serve as a point of contact for employees on operational matters
• Support responses to client inquiries and organizational coordination
• Maintain and update personnel records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Contribute to smooth information flow between HR, scheduling, and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration, Human Resources, Security Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field)
• Minimum 3rd semester standing
• Genuine interest in HR, recruiting, and operational business processes
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) in speaking and writing
• Good English proficiency
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment working with people
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style
• Organizational talent with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confident user of MS Office applications
• Self-motivated with willingness to actively engage in daily operations
• Must be eligible to work in Germany as a student
