Werkstudent / Praktikant Finance & Accounting (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization in the healthcare technology sector. As a working student in Finance & Accounting, you will support the finance team in daily operations and gain valuable insights into financial processes within a growth-oriented company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Assisting with invoice verification, coding, and posting
• Supporting travel expense management and banking processes
• Maintaining and reconciling master data and accounting documentation
• Helping prepare reports, evaluations, and analyses
• Collaborating with internal departments and external contacts
• Supporting administrative tasks within the finance area and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial processes
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to learn
