About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital technology services organization seeking a Sales Director to lead their ServiceNow practice expansion across the UK market. This is a net-new business development role focused on advisory, implementation, and managed services.
We are looking for a proven enterprise sales professional with deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge and a track record of winning new accounts in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts for ServiceNow services across the UK
- Build and leverage relationships with ServiceNow sales, alliance, and partner teams
- Position advisory, implementation, and managed services solutions to align with client business needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate closely with presales and practice teams to ensure proposed offerings meet customer business and technology requirements
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to establish credibility and trust with enterprise stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling ServiceNow services
- Proven track record of quota attainment with mid-tier or emerging IT services providers
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem including partners, alliances, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong track record of net-new business acquisition in the UK market
- Excellent relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise business challenges and how ServiceNow addresses them
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities and competing platforms
- Ability to operate independently with a hunter's mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- Customer advocacy focus and ability to think strategically about business outcomes
