About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital technology services organization in their search for a Senior Client Partner focused on Banking and Financial Services in London. This is a strategic role within the customer success team, responsible for driving revenue growth, executive relationships, and business development across a portfolio of financial services clients.
Our client is known for innovative digital transformation work and maintains strong partnerships with Fortune 1000 organizations. This position offers the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives while building long-term strategic partnerships in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage client relationships at all levels, with particular focus on CXO engagement
- Build trust and leverage client context by understanding overall business goals and organizational culture
- Position our client as a strategic IT partner and identify new opportunities for partnership and delivery within assigned accounts
- Manage account P&L and maintain high-level delivery oversight
- Map capabilities and solutions to client requirements across digital transformation initiatives
- Develop new relationships with multiple prominent banking and financial services brands
- Drive superior customer experience and revenue growth across your portfolio
- Work collaboratively with internal practice managers to ensure delivery excellence
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record delivering growth with Banking and Financial Services clients (£10M+ accounts) and driving strategic partnerships
- Account mining expertise with a farmer approach—street smart, optimistic, and capable of bringing innovative solutions while leading by example
- Technical knowledge in one or more of the following: Product Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital technologies for customer insights
- Senior executive presence and credibility with passion for engaging C-level stakeholders on business transformation fundamentals
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with exceptional client management capabilities
- Business development and delivery experience in a global service delivery model
- Leadership qualities including customer advocacy, ownership mindset, innovation ethos, execution with pace, big picture thinking, and ability to build winning teams
