Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential offshore wind organization seeking a Senior Project Finance Officer to join their Treasury & Economic Analysis team in London. In this role, you will:
- Steer project developments from a financing and bankability perspective, including interaction with internal committees, partners, lenders and advisors
- Coordinate discussions with existing and potential project finance lenders throughout project development processes
- Coordinate the preparation and review of due diligence reports
- Supervise financial modelling, structuring and scenario analysis in line with best practice
- Supervise the preparation of bank reporting and covenants follow-up for existing offshore wind financings
- Monitor financing trends in offshore wind and the renewable energy industry
What We're Looking For
Our client requires a candidate with:
- Master's degree in finance and/or engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project finance and/or power sector financing
- Proven track record of leading transactions and deal teams during due diligence and execution
- UK experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team player with hands-on, responsible and structured approach
- Advanced Excel modelling capabilities
