Bilingual Print Customer Success Specialist (Contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential print services organization seeking a Bilingual Print Customer Success Specialist for a contract engagement in Canada. This role combines new business development with ongoing account management, focusing on digital print solutions and client relationship building in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned digital print accounts, building strong client relationships and understanding their evolving communication and print needs
• Prospect and qualify new digital print business opportunities, presenting solutions that address client requirements
• Prepare business cases and submit build requests to technical application teams
• Coordinate with internal account management teams to manage customer relationships holistically
• Partner with sales teams to retain and grow program account relationships
• Maintain detailed customer account information and identify growth opportunities for software solutions
• Conduct quarterly reviews with customers to assess storefront health and performance
• Proactively address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and manage expectations
• Support new sales representatives in developing program account opportunities, including participating in customer meetings and developing pricing and service strategies
• Continuously identify opportunities for relationship expansion in collaboration with operations and management teams

What We're Looking For

• Education: College or technical school diploma in graphic arts or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3+ years in the graphic communication and printing industry
• Language: Bilingual capabilities required
• Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of medium and complex print specifications with ability to assess vendor quotation integrity
• Industry Expertise: Prior experience with knowledge of margins across multiple product categories
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite), colour theory, typography, print production principles, and file management
• Software: Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Process Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of steps involved in the printing process
• Communication: Ability to read lengthy and complex texts, extract and interpret information, and write technical and tailored content
• Mathematical Skills: Capable of completing both basic and complex calculations
• Work Environment: Comfortable in a fully remote setting
