Recruiter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld that combines client acquisition with candidate sourcing in a single role. As a Recruiter, you will own the full cycle from initial outreach through successful placement.

Business Development:

• Proactively contact potential clients via phone and direct outreach to generate interest in recruiting solutions
• Analyze each organization's talent acquisition challenges and identify specific needs
• Develop tailored strategies and present solutions that lead to signed agreements

Recruiting Execution:

• Manage projects end-to-end after contract signature, from campaign planning through successful hire
• Coordinate incoming applications, pre-screen candidates, and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process

Operations:

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, monitor your pipeline, and work toward defined performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to continuously improve processes

What We're Looking For

Sales Affinity: You enjoy new business development and are comfortable reaching out to prospects by phone, video call, or in person.

Consultative Approach: You ask the right questions, identify opportunities, and present structured solutions that address real business problems.

People Skills: You understand both employer needs and candidate perspectives, enabling you to serve as an effective bridge between the two.

Drive and Initiative: You work independently, persist after hearing "no," and aim for above-average results.

Background: University degree, vocational training, or career-change experience with sales background are all welcome. Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required—our talent team will provide comprehensive training in recruiting methodology, consulting, and sales techniques.

This role is based in Bielefeld and is a permanent, full-time position.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with Get A Job.ai and are based on experience and the client's structured pay framework, which includes a base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
