Affiliate Business Development Manager, CIS

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cryptocurrency exchange seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager focused on the CIS region. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world.

Our client is a leading platform in the digital asset space, serving millions of users globally. They are expanding their affiliate partnerships across the CIS market and need a driven business development professional to build and scale their network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners including KOLs, influencers, trading education providers, and other strategic partners across the CIS region
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify scaling opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Monitor CIS crypto market trends and competitor affiliate strategies to maintain competitive positioning
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize offerings and attract high-quality users through affiliate channels
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partner acquisition and relationship management

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluent English and Ukrainian language skills
• Proven experience in affiliate management or business development within the cryptocurrency industry, with specific CIS market experience preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated history of exceeding targets
• Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulatory landscape

Preferred:

• Experience working effectively across different cultures and time zones
• Previous experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or trading platform
• Genuine passion for blockchain technology and digital payments
