Projektleiter (m/w/d) TGA / Energietechnik für Hotels

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy consulting firm specializing in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will manage technical and energy-focused building projects for hotel clients throughout Germany. You'll guide properties from initial assessment through planning and implementation, serving as the central technical point of contact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading technical projects from initial building assessment through planning and implementation oversight
• Conducting on-site inspections to analyze existing heating systems, building services, and energy infrastructure
• Planning and evaluating heating systems, heat pumps, photovoltaic installations, battery storage, and other building service components
• Managing implementation phases by coordinating with contractors and clients, reviewing technical proposals, and monitoring schedules, quality, and budgets
• Contributing technical expertise to intelligent energy management solutions for hospitality properties
• Explaining technical concepts and recommendations clearly to clients and serving as their primary project contact

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• University degree, Techniker qualification, or equivalent in building services, HVAC, energy engineering, civil engineering, or related technical field
• Strong technical understanding of buildings and mechanical systems
• Interest in independently managing and advancing technical projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to both clients and contractors
• Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Germany

Advantageous but not required:

• Experience in technical project management or construction supervision
• Knowledge of heating, climate control, ventilation, or building automation systems
• Familiarity with heat pumps, photovoltaics, battery storage, or building automation
• Background in energy consulting or energy-focused building planning
• Understanding of German energy subsidy programs (BEG, KfW, BAFA)
• Experience with energy consulting or planning software tools

This is a fully remote position based in Germany with flexible working arrangements. You'll work independently from home with regular travel to hotel properties nationwide for on-site assessments and project meetings.
