We are representing a confidential blockchain infrastructure organization seeking a Sales Associate to join their remote team in India. Our client operates at the forefront of Web3 technology, providing critical infrastructure services to major players in the digital asset ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to the blockchain industry while supporting a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups
• Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications
• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients
• Maintain and update records in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, ecosystem partners, and market opportunities
• Help coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams across multiple time zones
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or emerging technologies

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Previous experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles
