About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential enterprise organization seeking a Senior Developer with specialized expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States where you'll execute and own assignments through all stages of the development lifecycle, functioning as a technical expert on complex applications across front-end, back-end, and integration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements and technical specifications into work product across.NET, Java applications, and IBM Sterling Integrator platforms
- Design, develop, and support integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including business process configuration, EDI workflows, and trading partner onboarding
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers, providing guidance on code management, release management, environment management, and process flows
- Evaluate technical solutions including custom development, third-party subsystems, and existing technology components
- Write clean, efficient code using modern frameworks and languages such as.NET (C#), Java, and JavaScript
- Lead collaborative efforts through all SDLC phases: requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and release support
- Develop technical documentation including system context diagrams, design documents, and release procedures
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues across all severity levels
- Monitor systems for uptime and proactively identify issues through trend analysis and monitoring
- Oversee third-party technology partners and ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, eBusiness, Information Technology, or related field required
- 3+ years required, 5+ years preferred in a development role within an enterprise environment
- 3+ years required, 5+ years preferred with hands-on coding experience in required languages, platforms, and technologies
- 3+ years required, 5+ years preferred developing solutions using modern tools and practices
- Strong experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
- Proficiency in.NET (C#), Java, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of code management systems and build tools
- Working knowledge of intake and task management tools
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and development frameworks
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
