About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Colombia who is seeking an SMB Market Rep to join their team. This role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to support sales initiatives and develop compelling messaging for small and medium business customers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical and marketing knowledge to develop message frameworks and create sales assets for the SMB market segment
• Build comprehensive product knowledge by studying features, benefits, use cases, and competitive positioning
• Develop sales materials including webinars, datasheets, and presentations for channel partner enablement
• Support sales teams in customer presentations by preparing materials and explaining technical features
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge, presentation skills, and sales process understanding
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and customer interactions

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or related field

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of SaaS and enterprise application software
• Knowledge of APIs, virtualization, and IT infrastructure
• Pre-sales and demonstration skills
• Sales process and prospecting capabilities
