About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its mobile engineering capabilities in Poland. We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer to build native features for a modern AI-powered banking application used by customers across multiple markets.
This is a remote position for candidates already based in Poland. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship native iOS features including onboarding flows, account management, payment systems, transfers, rewards programs, and AI-assisted user experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to deliver features from concept through production release
- Own end-to-end app quality including performance optimization, crash rate reduction, loading states, edge case handling, and release stability
- Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and secure data handling with strong focus on reliability and security
- Use production analytics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to continuously improve features post-launch
- Ensure complex financial workflows feel clean, fast, and intuitive on mobile devices
What We're Looking For
- Strong native iOS development experience using Swift
- Proven track record shipping iOS applications to real users in production environments
- Solid understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await patterns, and iOS architecture best practices
- Strong product sense and genuine care for user experience beyond just implementing screens
- Ability to debug production issues and systematically improve performance, reliability, and overall app quality
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity while maintaining high quality standards
- Demonstrated technology career highlights where you personally helped build, ship, or scale a significant product or platform
- Not a fit for candidates who require fully defined tickets, ignore edge cases or performance issues, move slowly in startup environments, or only build screens without UX consideration
