Business Development Manager – Mexico

Edgeuno is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth opportunities within the Mexico market. In this full-time role, you'll build strategic partnerships, identify new business prospects, and help expand Edgeuno's presence across the region.

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager at Edgeuno, you'll play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and capturing new business opportunities in Mexico. You'll work to develop strategic relationships, negotiate partnerships, and execute initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to shape Edgeuno's trajectory in one of Latin America's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the Mexico market
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and competitive dynamics
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and opportunities
• Negotiate and close partnerships and client agreements
• Monitor business development metrics and report on pipeline progress and outcomes
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful launch and management of new initiatives

What You Bring

• Proven track record in business development, enterprise sales, or account management roles
• Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new market opportunities
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience working in or with the Mexico market strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
