• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company’s strategic goals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees to ensure a high-quality workforce.
• Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to help employees improve and grow.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools.
