Your Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and schedules
• Help coordinate communication and meetings between cross-functional project teams
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against established plans
• Assist with resource allocation and basic budget monitoring
• Support quality assurance and project review processes
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations

Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities in German and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools
• Genuine interest in project management and operational processes
• Ability to work effectively within team environments
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
