Core Duties

• Perform skilled work according to industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete assigned projects on schedule and to specification
• Maintain worksite organization, safety compliance, and consistently high quality standards
• Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior team members
• Support project planning, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement solutions
• Ensure proper documentation, code compliance, and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards
• Inspect work quality and take responsibility for continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For

• Current Journeyman certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in your trade
• Solid understanding of industry safety standards, codes, and best practices
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with diverse teams
