About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel management organization seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join their Emergency Support Services team in Denmark. This is a fully remote position requiring flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7 operation. Our client serves corporate travelers globally, and you'll play a vital role in helping their customers navigate complex travel needs with confidence and care.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers across multiple time zones
• Apply strong understanding of client travel policies to provide expert consultation
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary travel regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide customers with industry information including fare options, exchange costs, and penalties
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client relationships
• Maintain and actively communicate current knowledge of travel industry developments
• Work flexible shifts as part of a 24/7 emergency support operation

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a travel consultant in a corporate or business travel environment
• Strong expertise in GDS Amadeus (required)
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English
• Additional Nordic languages are a strong plus
• Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Excellent customer service orientation with ability to communicate effortlessly
• Flexibility and openness to working variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
