Tree Trimmer – Travel Pod

WSC is hiring a Tree Trimmer - Travel Pod in Bushnell, Florida. Join our team to maintain and enhance tree health across multiple service locations while working full time as part of our mobile services crew.

What This Role Involves

As a Tree Trimmer with our travel pod service, you'll be part of a dynamic crew providing professional tree maintenance and pruning services throughout the region. This is a hands-on position where you'll combine physical skill with technical knowledge, working outdoors in varying environments to deliver quality results for residential and commercial clients across multiple job sites.

Core Duties

• Trim, prune, and remove tree branches using industry-standard tools and cutting equipment
• Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and climbing gear safely and effectively
• Evaluate tree health and structural condition during site assessments
• Remove and manage debris and waste materials at completion of work
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards
• Travel with the pod team to service multiple locations and projects
• Communicate with supervisors and crew members about progress and site conditions
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in tree trimming, arboriculture, or landscape maintenance
• Ability to safely operate chainsaws and professional tree care equipment
• Physical capability to climb, lift, and perform outdoor labor for full shifts
• Comfort working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail on every job
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as part of the work arrangement
• Collaborative attitude and reliability as a team member
• Openness to developing new skills and techniques in arboriculture
