Project Manager

WSC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team across our 2 Locations. In this hands-on role, you'll lead projects from conception through completion, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at WSC, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple teams. This full-time position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances competing priorities, and excels at bringing people together around shared goals. You'll be the central point of coordination—ensuring projects stay on track, teams remain aligned, and clients receive value.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and scope projects while managing timelines and deliverables
• Oversee budgets and allocate resources efficiently across initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between departments
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels
• Document processes, maintain project documentation, and ensure quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing workflows

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management, demonstrated through past roles or certifications
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in changing circumstances
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Based at or willing to work at one of our 2 Locations
