About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurtech client in London who is seeking a Special Projects Associate to work closely with the founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how a fast-growing organization operates, hires, and scales.

Our client combines advanced technology with claims expertise to serve insurance carriers across multiple product lines. Backed by top-tier investors, they manage significant premium volume and work with well-known brands.

This is a full-time, office-based role in central London. The team operates at high intensity and values in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational processes, cadences, and tools that enable coordination as the team scales
• Own the end-to-end candidate and employee experience, building systems to maintain consistently high standards
• Establish communication standards across the organization—voice, templates, response protocols
• Conduct initial screening calls and shape hiring shortlists for the founders
• Work directly with leadership on cross-functional projects that hold the business together
• Draft communications on behalf of the company with clarity and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in a startup, accelerator, consulting, venture capital, or founder associate role where you organized people and managed competing priorities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and discern what matters most on any given day
• Natural problem-solver who redesigns processes rather than accepting them as-is
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent written communication skills—much of this role involves writing on behalf of the organization
• Proficiency with AI tools and modern productivity software
• Alignment with values of speed, customer focus, transparency, and exceeding expectations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £60,000–£110,000 base salary. The role also offers equity participation, quarterly performance bonuses up to 15% of salary, private medical insurance, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 30 days remote work annually, and Skilled Worker visa sponsorship if required.
