Senior GTM Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury marketplace organization in their search for a Senior GTM Strategy Manager based in Berlin. Our client is a global leader in their sector, connecting buyers and sellers internationally through cutting-edge technology and commerce platforms.

This role sits within Growth Operations and reports to the Chief of Staff. You'll serve as the analytical and operational backbone for commercial strategy, working directly with senior leadership on high-priority growth initiatives. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on structured problem-solving, cross-functional execution, and turning complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own research, modeling, and problem-structuring on strategic questions such as marketplace expansion, new go-to-market motions, and commercial strategy; build scenario analyses rigorous enough to inform executive decisions
• Take cross-functional initiatives from framing through delivery, including stakeholder coordination, dependency management, and synthesizing inputs into decision-ready recommendations
• Design and maintain Growth KPI and performance reporting frameworks, working with Data and BI teams to ensure metrics are tracked consistently and surfaced at the right cadence
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across marketplace and VIP sales motions; translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership discussions
• Own recurring analytical deliverables including weekly and monthly performance summaries for the Growth leadership team
• Act as a thought partner on strategic initiatives such as market expansion and new commercial models
• Use AI tools extensively to compress time between question, insight, and decision; help raise team standards for AI-enabled analytical work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a GTM/strategy/business operations role at a high-growth technology company
• Track record of owning outcomes end-to-end: driving cross-functional initiatives to completion and building the models that justified them
• Strong analytical skills: able to build models, stress-test assumptions, and distinguish meaningful signals from noise; you understand what numbers mean, not just what they say
• Fluent with AI tools: you use LLMs, research agents, and analytical co-pilots as a natural part of your workflow and understand where they help versus where human judgment leads
• Commercial instinct and good judgment about where to invest effort; ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and create structure in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated interest in ecommerce and marketplaces; knowledge of luxury resale markets is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
