We're seeking an experienced engineer who will design scalable AI-driven architectures, elevate code quality through AI-assisted development, and help shape innovative methodologies for complex client challenges. You'll collaborate with international teams, lead technical audits covering code quality and security, and transform abstract requirements into clear technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement elegant, scalable AI-driven software architectures tailored to client needs
• Write clean, maintainable code leveraging AI assistance tools for enhanced reliability and efficiency
• Lead AI-powered technical audits covering code quality, accessibility, performance, and security
• Transform complex client requirements into clear technical designs, visualizations, and workshop materials
• Test and evaluate emerging AI technologies to advance development methodologies
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for enterprise clients
• Champion best practices in AI-native software development within the organization

What We're Looking For

• Significant professional experience delivering quality software across diverse technology stacks (Java,.NET, React, Angular, etc.)
• Technology-agnostic mindset with passion for continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration
• Practical, hands-on experience with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles to maximize AI utility in development workflows
• Critical thinking skills to verify and validate AI-generated outputs for production systems
• Natural curiosity for emerging AI trends and commitment to staying current in a fast-evolving landscape
• Commitment to social, environmental, and ethical impact in technology development
• Fluency in English and collaborative spirit for working in an international environment
