About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Caribbean-based professional services organization seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team. This is a full-time, 2-year renewable contract position offering the opportunity to drive growth and client engagement across the region.

Our talent team is recruiting for a professional who will develop and execute client acquisition strategies, expand the customer base, and build lasting relationships through strategic outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach
• Conduct proactive client outreach via email, phone, social platforms, and other channels to build relationships and convert leads
• Analyze and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring efficient processes that maximize acquisition rates
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and outreach efforts
• Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align acquisition strategies with business objectives
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience that supports long-term relationships
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to meet targets

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition, sales, or marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Strong relationship-building and client engagement capabilities
