Customer Service Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential architecture and engineering organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lebanon. This is a fully remote position working on Eastern Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET). Our client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles who can provide professional support to incoming inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide clear and helpful responses to questions and requests from clients and stakeholders
• Review and qualify incoming inquiries, gathering project details as needed
• Coordinate calls with appropriate team members when further discussion is required
• Maintain accurate records of communications, inquiries, and follow-up activities
• Assist with administrative tasks and document preparation
• Ensure organized record-keeping systems are maintained

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and handle inquiries effectively
• Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities independently
• Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Washington, DC time zone)
