About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Head of Strategy and Product to join their leadership team in Indonesia and drive high-impact initiatives across the business.

This is a remote role based in Indonesia. Strong English communication is essential as the organization operates with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
