About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding across Asia. Our client is building next-generation financial tools and seeking a strategic leader to drive high-impact initiatives across their business. This is a remote role based in Hong Kong.

As Lead, Strategy, you will work directly with core teams on critical initiatives spanning engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. You'll solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment and build new capabilities as the organization scales.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority initiatives across the business
• Partner with leadership to address business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities during periods of growth
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes

• Must be currently based in Hong Kong
