About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal services organization in Berlin that is actively shaping the future of workplace law through innovation and technology. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student in Innovation Management to join their forward-thinking innovation team for 20 hours per week.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal tech, artificial intelligence strategy, and digital transformation within a modern professional services environment. You'll work at the intersection of technology and law, supporting the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and implementation of legal tech products and AI-powered solutions in daily operations
• Document ongoing projects and prepare progress reports to support effective project management and transparency
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives around AI applications and assist in building AI competencies across the organization
• Facilitate communication between colleagues, clients, and external partners during the rollout of digital solutions
• Contribute to the development of the organization's AI strategy and test new AI-driven tools
• Support innovation projects from concept through implementation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Law, Project Management, or a comparable field with at least four semesters remaining
• Initial experience in project management with a structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and innovative working methods; willingness to learn is more important than deep technical expertise
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality with an ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency required
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is a plus
• Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or law firm environments is beneficial but not required
