About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in München that is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their restructuring and insolvency practice. This is a part-time position offering 16 hours per week on an ongoing basis, starting as soon as possible.

Our client operates with flat hierarchies and efficient decision-making processes, providing an excellent environment for students to gain practical experience while pursuing their studies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the processing and administration of insolvency proceedings
  • Prepare and track legal correspondence and documentation
  • Handle general administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintain proper filing and document management systems
  • Conduct telephone and written communication with parties involved in proceedings
  • Provide additional support in day-to-day operations as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled at a university
  • High motivation with strong team and communication skills
  • Self-starter who works independently and reliably
  • Open-minded, curious, and enthusiastic about learning new topics
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Work arrangement: Part-time, 16 hours per week, flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies
