Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach across multiple channels
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, converting them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Use CRM software to track and manage leads with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and provide detailed lead insights
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English required
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development or a similar prospecting role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • High level of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm for building pipeline
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Must be located in California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, or Washington
