About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential pharmacy care management organization that serves complex patient populations across the United States. Our talent team is seeking an Enrollment & Reconciliation Technician to join their operations in a full-time remote capacity.
This position operates on a fixed schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, supporting critical medication reconciliation and enrollment functions for healthcare facilities nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medication reconciliation by reviewing and comparing patient medication profiles between pharmacy platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHR), identifying and resolving discrepancies including duplications, omissions, or dosing inconsistencies
- Maintain and update participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycle (MAC) programs, ensuring photos are current, correctly labeled, and securely stored to support accurate patient identification
- Generate and distribute monthly Medication Administration Records (MARs) based on client-specific requests, ensuring all records reflect current medication orders and coordinating delivery in alignment with compliance requirements
- Conduct detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances by reviewing dispensing records, inventory logs, and prescription data in accordance with DEA regulations and internal compliance policies
- Oversee and maintain the Long-Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the pharmacy management system, ensuring all data points and metrics are accurate and updated in real time
- Provide regular and ad hoc status updates to clients, tracking ongoing tasks, reporting progress, and communicating resolutions in alignment with service level agreements
- Participate in urgent or high-priority projects as they arise, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining core responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Must be registered or eligible to become registered with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and pharmacy software navigation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong typing and data entry accuracy with good speed
- Customer service orientation with empathetic, patient-focused approach
- Understanding of clinical terminology and its impacts
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed work style
- Strong listening and reading comprehension skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset with emphasis on regulatory compliance
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
- Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week
- Fixed schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
- Occasional availability outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis
- Physical demands include hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking
