Junior Integration Launch Specialist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential travel technology company seeking a Junior Integration Launch Specialist based in Serbia. In this role, you will:

• Support partner API integrations during onboarding and launch phases
• Consult partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality and best practices
• Handle technical requests through the ticketing system
• Validate the quality of partner integrations to ensure successful deployment
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation for integrating partners
• Conduct virtual calls with partners via Zoom or Google Meet
• Work with API logs to troubleshoot and resolve errors
• Escalate complex requests to appropriate technical teams when needed
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) OR hands-on experience with API integrations, launch, and client support
• Strong time management and communication skills with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
• Confident experience working with APIs and Postman
• Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively
• Basic understanding of API integration design principles
• Ability to read and interpret logs in JSON and XML formats
• Understanding of CRUD principles
• Proficiency with Google Docs and collaborative tools
• Ability to manage cross-functional and adjacent project tasks
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)

Preferred skills:

• Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana
• Background working with project-based tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
