We are representing a confidential national security organization seeking a Digital Workflow Prototyping & Citizen Development Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia. This role requires an active security clearance and offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact technical solutions in support of critical government missions.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype digital workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline organizational processes
• Enable and support citizen developers across the organization through training, best practices, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional workflow solutions
• Develop proof-of-concept applications and automation solutions that demonstrate value and scalability
• Establish and maintain development standards, security protocols, and quality assurance processes for citizen development initiatives
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, integration options, and solution architecture
• Document workflows, processes, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance required (specific level to be discussed during screening)
• Demonstrated experience with digital workflow platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar low-code/no-code tools
• Strong understanding of citizen development principles, governance, and enablement strategies
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback
• Experience translating complex business processes into automated workflows
• Excellent communication skills with ability to train and support non-technical users
• Understanding of information security requirements in government or regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Norfolk, Virginia area
